Notes

🐾 **Dogs Welcome**
Up to two small or medium dogs are welcome at The Salty Bite. There are a few weight and breed restrictions due to building rules, so just reach out if you'd like to confirm before booking. We're always happy to help.

👶 **About Children**
Children are welcome, but please note the condo is not childproofed. We ask that parents keep a close eye on young children and anyone who might be tempted to explore every hidden surprise throughout the condo.

🔑 **Easy Check-In**
The Salty Bite is a privately owned condo with a coded smart lock, so you can skip the front desk and head straight upstairs. If anything doesn't go smoothly when you arrive, contact us directly and we'll take care of it.

🚗 **Parking**
Your stay includes two complimentary parking passes in the garage across the street. Motorcycles are welcome with a pass. If you're traveling with an oversized vehicle, let us know before your arrival so we can help you plan the best parking option.

🌪️ **Refunds & Travel Insurance**
If a mandatory evacuation is ordered, refunds will be issued for any unused nights. We're unable to offer refunds for weather-related delays or cancellations outside the evacuation area. For added peace of mind, especially during hurricane season (June through November), we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Access

You’ll have full access to the entire condo, including both private balconies, as well as all of the amenities at the Patricia Grand Resort. The only space that isn’t accessible is a small, locked owner’s closet — we appreciate you leaving that undisturbed.
Resort amenities include:
• Direct beach access — step straight onto the sand
• Indoor & outdoor heated pools, hot tubs, and a lazy river — four hot tubs total
• Kiddie pool — a great option for younger guests
• Ocean-view dining at the Azure Grill & Bar (2nd floor)
• Stranded Jack’s poolside bar for drinks and snacks (seasonal, weather permitting)
• Starbucks in the lobby (typically open until 2 PM)
• Fitness room for quick workouts
• Parking garage with convenient access
• Business center with a printer
Please note: Some amenities are seasonal or may occasionally be limited by the HOA. While this is outside our control, we’ll always share updates if we’re aware of any changes before or during your stay.
